YouTube integration
AOKE-CRM uses YouTube API Services. By using AOKE-CRM's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access remains subject to granted permissions and YouTube's review and API restrictions.
This disclosure was updated on September 5, 2026.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of AOKE-CRM, a desktop social account and customer relationship workspace operated by Ningbo Aoke ("AOKE", "we", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using AOKE-CRM, you agree to these terms. If you use the application for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
AOKE-CRM provides tools for connecting supported social accounts, viewing information authorized by those accounts, organizing content and customer context, and initiating supported platform actions. Features depend on platform availability, application review status, account type, region, permissions, and technical limits. A displayed capability does not guarantee that every platform or account can use it.
AOKE-CRM performs social platform actions only through approved interfaces and within the permissions granted by the account owner.
3. Authorized accounts
You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for selecting the correct account, reviewing each permission request, maintaining device security, and keeping developer credentials confidential. You must promptly disconnect an account if your authority to manage it ends.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use AOKE-CRM to:
- Access an account or data without valid authorization.
- Send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful promotions, or abusive content.
- Evade platform limits, reviews, privacy controls, or security protections.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or introduce malicious code into the service.
- Use a platform integration in violation of that platform's developer or user terms.
5. Third-party platforms
AOKE-CRM interoperates with independent third-party platforms. Your use of each connected account remains subject to that platform's terms, policies, community standards, and API restrictions. Platforms may change, suspend, limit, or withdraw APIs without notice to us. We are not responsible for a platform's content decisions, account actions, availability, or data practices.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide and are responsible for having all rights required to use and publish it. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to process that content for the action you request. AOKE-CRM, its design, software, and branding remain owned by AOKE or its licensors.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the application and disconnect accounts at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, platform obligations, or material breaches of these terms. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every account, platform approval, publication success, audience reach, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOKE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from platform changes, account action, user content, or use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update the service or these terms to reflect product, security, legal, or platform changes. The effective date will be updated when these terms change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
